Suspected arrested in Brockville cannabis store break-in

A suspect has been arrested in a break and enter of a cannabis store in Brockville, Ontario. 

On March 26, 2025, at about 1:00 am, Brockville Police Services received notification of an alarm at Paradise Cannabis located at 68 William Street.

An investigation revealed that a break and enter had occurred where two male suspects had broken glass to gain entry. Once inside, various cannabis products were taken.

Brockville Police Service Forensic Identification Unit attended and gathered evidence that assisted in identifying one of the suspects responsible to be a 29-year-old, local, male.

On June 2, 2025, at about 2:30 pm, an officer on patrol observed the wanted subject walking on Stewart Boulevard. The subject was arrested and charged with break and enter with intent to commit theft and two counts of failing to comply with probation. He was eventually released with conditions and a future court date.
