Two illicit cannabis stores raided in Moncton

Two illegal cannabis stores in Moncton, New Brunswick had cannabis seized from their shelves last week.

Two search warrants were executed by RCMP and the province’s Integrated Enforcement Unit, one at a business called A Touch of Grey Lounge at 281 Collishaw St., Unit E. and another at Three Kings Medicinals at 190 Halifax St.

Codiac RCMP and Investigators with the New Brunswick Department of Justice and Public Safety’s Safer Communities program seized an undetermined amount of cannabis, cannabis derivatives, cannabis products and other items were seized. 

At the first business on Collishaw, a 44-year-old-woman and a 45-year-old man were arrested and subsequently released pending further investigation.

At the second business on Halifax St, a 53-year-old woman was arrested and subsequently released pending further investigation.

In an image of seized products that was shared with media, an array of cannabis products from dried flower and pre-rolls, to flavoured vape pens, edibles, and cash are visible.
