Police in Aurora, Ontario, say they seized numerous illicit cannabis products that were discovered during a RIDE sobriety check

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Highway Safety Division shared information on the incident on their Twitter account on October 25. The tweet says Aurora OPP stopped the driver and discerned open alcohol. Further investigation uncovered cannabis products, including shatter, edibles and dried cannabis flower, which were then seized.

The driver was charged under the Cannabis Act, Cannabis Control Act and Liquor Licence Control Act.

All the products shown by OPP appear to be products carried by an online dispensary, 6ix dispensary, advertising delivery in the Greater Toronto Area, which includes the Aurora area. It includes brands like Kushkraft, Buudabomb, Euphoria Extractions, and Gas Gang disposable vapes.
