Police officers from the Sûreté du Québec’s Contraband Investigation Service, in collaboration with the Montreal Police Department, made arrests on February 12 related to illicit cannabis production and possession in the regions of Mauricie, Estrie, Laurentides, Montreal, and New Brunswick.
Police arrested nine men aged between 34 and 75 who lived in the Quebec regions of Mauricie, Estrie, Laurentides, and Montreal and in the Rogersville region of New Brunswick. Six firearms were also seized.
