Growing Relationships is a one-day B2B event that brings together retailers, producers, and ancillary services for networking, brainstorming, discussion, and learning. It’s designed to support business growth by providing an opportunity and space to build connections, share insights, and be part of the community conversations. We aim to deliver our events in the under-served communities, with the goal of opening up accessibility to industry events.
Our Kelowna 2025 event includes our networking activities and roundtable industry discussions. An essential component of Growing Relationships is engaging the community in discussions and brainstorming on current industry issues from diverse perspectives. We capture these insights and provide a summary to relevant regulators, ensuring they hear directly from those who are actively working in the industry.
Attendees will enjoy networking opportunities, engaging discussions, presentations, and catered lunch.
And we’re partnering again with the Tether Budtender Event to create a two day experience with something for everyone:
- Growing Relationships: Monday, October 6 from 9am-4:30pm
- Tether Budtender Event: Sunday, October 5 from 6pm-8pm
- ADULT ONLY: This event is only open to 19+ years of age. ID may be requested upon entry and if you do not meet the requirements, no refunds will be provided.
- Attendees are required to follow all federal and provincial regulations.

TETHER BUDTENDER EVENT
Both events require separate ticket purchases. For our Growing Relationship ticket holders, we will share a promo code here to get a discount on Tether tickets once they are available!
GETTING TO THE VENUE
Please check your travel time to get to the Manteo at Eldorado Resort in Kelowna.
PARKING
The Eldorado Resort has limited parking available, typically used for guests registered at the hotel. However, the Kelowna Public Parking lot on Cook Road is located directly in front of Hotel Eldorado, for up to $11.00 a day or $1.65 per hour. There is a parking lot at Gyro Beach just a short walk from the venue.
The Eldorado Manteo Resort Event Parking Fee is $15 per day. Remember to register & pay at the hotel’s front desk!
THE VENUE + ACCESSIBILITY
Growing Relationships is at the Manteo at Eldorado Resort (3762 Lakeshore Rd, Kelowna). We will be in the Waterfront Ballroom & Patio which is all on the ground floor with accessible washrooms. Look for signage in the lobby of the Manteo hotel at the resort.
TICKETS: QR Code + government-issued ID
Please have the QR code for your ticket open on your phone or a printed copy with you so we can get you checked in quickly.

Please ensure you have government-issued ID with you. This is an adult-only event (19+) and ID may be required upon entry.

Your ticket includes all activities, food and beverages.
FOOD: ALLERGIES & REQUESTS
If you indicated a food allergy or dietary preferences on your ticket, we will let the catering staff know ahead of time. We have asked that all dishes be clearly labelled.
DRESS CODE
We do not have a formal dress code, although most peole dress business casual.
SPEED-NETWORKING: How to Prepare!
This is a fun and fast-paced experience! We strongly encourage you to practice and perfect your B2B elevator pitch before you arrive: craft a concise 1-minute introduction to introduce your business, your brand, and your current products.
The elevator pitch applies to Producers and Services primarily, as you will be presenting your business. Retailers come prepared with your business cards!
