Health Canada has issued an update to their guidance document regarding changes to heavy metal and microbial limits for dried cannabis.

Health Canada has announced their ten-person science advisory committee on the potential market for cannabis health products that would not require practitioner oversight. The committee’s first meeting was November 2-3.
On August 5 Health Canada released a notice that it was deferring the 2020-2021 2.3% annual fee that it charges cannabis license holders for the services it provides the industry (Cannabis Fees Order). However, there are still several issues related to this cost recovery regime.
